商会简介

广州保税区进口葡萄酒商会（以下简称“商会”）是由广州保税区国际酒类交易中心的酒商和从事葡萄酒进口的物流、文化、推广等业务的企业联合自愿结成的非营利性社会组织。目的是促进企业间信息互通、资源共享、协同发展、良性竞争，营造一个良好的沟通、交流和商务合作平台。同时发挥商会的桥梁和纽带作用，加强与政府及职能部门沟通、扩大国际商贸往来和葡萄酒文化交流。

Guangzhou Free Trade District imported Wine Association is a nonprofit association organized by the Guangzhou Free Trade District International Wine & Spirits Exchange and their associated wine merchants and service providers.

The Association acts as a platform to unite all companies involved in wine distributions, importing, trading, logistics and resources for the expansion and development of their operations. The platform also brings the menbers, government departments and overseas companies together in promoting international trade and enhancing cultural exchange.

发展壮大广州保税区国际酒类交易中心，为会员申张权利，遵守国家法律、政策法规和社会道德。

我们承诺，以“遵纪守法、行业自律、公平竞争”为原则，坚持“原装灌瓶、原装进口”，为国内市场和广大消费者提供高性价比的外国葡萄酒。

Our Mission:Dedicate to the continuous development and expansion of Guangzhou Free Trade District International Wine & Spirits Exchange and members’ rights in a lawful and ethical manner.

We pledge to observe the laws and in fair dealings and trades.we stick to keep the selection of quality and value wines, vinted and bottled directly from designated appellations around the globe, to consumers in China’s import wine market.

业务范围

——宣传推广。组织参展、国内外推广、节日团购、品酒、培训、物流推介等活动；

——招商引资。参与招商，宣传政策，以商招商；

——商贸洽谈与贸易促进。研究市场，商贸交流，协助调研；

——建立电子交流平台。会员间沟通、协调和合作；

——发行会刊；

——会员服务。

Scope of Operations:

——Marketing Promotion: Participate in Domestic and International Trade Fairs and Exhibitions, Wine Tastings, Education and Training Seminars. Seasonal Promotions and Logistics Services information Seminars etc.

——Business Promotions: Events and Activities Aimed at Promoting International and Domestic Trades and Investments.

——Business Negotiations and Trade Promotions: Facilitate Trade Exchanges, Market Research and Development.

——Electronic Exchange Platform: Enhance Communication, Coordination and operation among members.

——Issuance of Journal and Publications.

——Provide Membership Services.

会员服务

1. 为会员提供进口葡萄酒相关的业务与政策咨询。

2. 会员可以推荐其代表担任商会的一个或多个相关工作。

3.  根据会员要求，向政府及职能主管部门反映合理要求和建议，维护会员单位的合法权益。

4. 根据会员要求，协助推荐新产品、新技术、新业务。

5. 根据会员要求，定期举办酒业发展论坛或报告会。

6. 根据会员要求，组织参与国际商贸合作和文化交流。

7. 会员可以免费或优惠参加商会组织的培训。

8. 会员可以免费或优惠参加商会举办的各种活动。

9. 商会每年举办的大型活动将为不同类型的会员免费提供不同的嘉宾参会票。

10. 会员可以免费获得每年的《会刊》、《会员通讯录》、《商会年度报告》一套。

11. 商会网站开辟“会员之窗”、“会员风采”等栏目，根据会员要求，为会员进行多方面的宣传。开辟“培训园地”栏目为会员提供信息服务，便于会员及时掌握商会额度各种活动及安排。《会刊》同步宣传。

12. 为了加强行业自律，商会开通仿冒进口酒和违法不良信息举报电话，会员可以获得有关会员在酒类经营、物流、文化等方面的社会举报信息，有利于尽快改进会员的工作，避免造成不必要的损失。

Members Benefits:

1.Advisory services of wine importing and related issues.

2.Members may be able to participate in activities or events at a discount or with fees waived by volunteering their services to the association.

3.A common venue to express constructive comments and recommendations to the grovernment for the benefits of members upon requests of members.

4.Assist members in the promotion of new products, technologies and marketing activities upon requests of members.

5.Organize wine development forums and press release on a quarterly basis upon requests of members.

6.Organize International trade and cultural exchange activities upon requests of members.

7.Free training events and activities organized by the Association.

8.Discounted rate for events organized by the Association.

9.Free Guest Passes for VIPS for major promotion events for members. Guest Passes vary depending on membership category.

10.Free Annual Publication, Membership Directory and Report.

11.Access to the Association Website for the latest information and updates on events and activities. Members can promote their wines and activities on the Association Website and Publications simultaneously.

12.To serve and protect members that are conducting businesses in accordance to the Association’s mandates, a membership hot line is avaliable for members to file complaints against suspected illegal activities such as counterfeit wines and misconducts etc, and to share and obain relevant information about all aspects of operations.
